Terms of service

These terms are between [Company name] (“Evenday”, “we”) and the practice that signs up (“you”).

The service

Evenday is software for running a therapy practice: bookings, clinical notes, forms, invoices and reminders. You decide what goes into it; we look after it for you.

Your practice’s information

• Your records belong to you. We store and process them only to provide the service, as your agent, and we don’t sell them or use them for anything else.
• You’re responsible for having the right to collect and store your clients’ information, and for your obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020, including how long you keep records.
• You can download everything at any time.

Payment

[Plan, price per month plus GST, extra clinicians, WhatsApp bundles, trial.] If a payment fails, you have [14] days to sort it; after that the practice becomes read-only until it’s paid. Records are never deleted for non-payment.

Leaving

You can close your practice at any time in Settings. It becomes read-only straight away, your subscription stops at the end of the period, and after [30] days its records, files and backups are deleted. Please download everything you need to keep first.
