No. There’s no commission on new or returning clients. If you switch on card payments online, the card company’s fee applies to those payments only.
Yes. They choose a time and give their name, phone and email. Returning clients are matched up automatically, so their history stays in one place.
Yes, once card payments are switched on: a set amount or a percentage, for every service or just the ones you choose. The deposit comes off the bill at checkout.
You have 14 days to sort it. After that the account becomes read-only: everyone can still see and download everything. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.
Any time. Download everything first, then close your account in Settings. After 30 days its records are deleted for good. You can change your mind until then.
